Wow, your dad without an espophagus and mine without a sternum. Together, they will be complete (except, sadly, mine has also lost a significant amount of hair due to medication).

DH = Dear Husband

I have no idea.

3) Have pity on me, as I only know this b/c of years of fertility problems and fertility boards and pregnancy boards are LOADED with these acronyms. I myself, don't use these acronyms (or post anywhere on the internet but here), but if you don't look them up, you won't understand what anyone is talking about. Ever.

Yeah, the whole acronym thing gets out of control. I mean, SIL makes a thirteen character word into a three. You can't beat that. And dashes are just so awkward to type. But most of them are dumb. I'll admit to having used DH for a short time, but then I decided it was lame and quit. At least I figured it out, right?
